1Q financial results to be released in April by Alliance Resource Partners

Coal mining operator Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. based in Tulsa plans to release its first quarter 2021 financial results before the market opens on Monday, April 26.

A conference call will be held the same day at 9 a.m. Central Time.

Alliance is coming off 2020 where its fourth quarter revenues were 19.2% lower compared to a year earlier. Still, the quarterly revenues were an improvement over the third quarter of the year.

Its total 2020 revenues were down 32.3% to $1.33 billion, as the company blamed the downturn on the COVID-19 pandemic.

ARLP currently produces coal from seven mining complexes it operates in Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland and West Virginia. ARLP also operates a coal loading terminal on the Ohio River at Mount Vernon, Indiana. ARLP markets its coal production to major domestic and international utilities and industrial users and is currently the second largest coal producer in the eastern United States.
