The 2021 annual meeting of ONEOK, Inc. has been set for late May according to an announcement by the company.
The virtual meeting only will be held at 9 a.m. Central Daylight Time on May 26. It will be virtual in keeping with the continued COVID-19 precautions taken by ONEOK.
The company announcement stated that the record date to determine shareholders entitled to receive a notice of the meeting and to vote will be March 29.
