The SANDRIDGE PERMIAN TRUST announced a distribution of approximately $3.9 million, or $0.075 per unit this week.
The distribution is based on royalty interests of wells in the Central Basin Platform of the Permian Basin in Andrews County, Texas.
The distribution is expected to occur on or before February 26, 2021 to holders of record as of the close of business on February 12, 2021.
The trust announced there would be no distribution for the three months that ended Dec. 31, 202 because the costs and expenses were more than the revenue from the sale of oil and natural gas.
As no additional development wells will be drilled, the Trust’s production is expected to decline each quarter during the remainder of its life.
