In what his critics point out is another case of “rules for thee, but not for me,” U.S. Special Envoy for Climate John Kerry owns a private jet while at the same time chiding the fossil fuel industry.

This is the John Kerry, now considered to be the Biden administration’s Climate Czar who suggested Wednesday that maybe oilfield workers left without jobs could maybe make solar panels.

“What President Biden wants to do is make sure those folks have better choices, that they have alternatives, that they can be the people to go to work to make the solar panels,” Kerry said during a White House press briefing.

He also accused fossil fuel industry people of a “false narrative.”

“They’ve been fed the notion that somehow dealing with climate is coming at their expense. No, it’s not,” he said, adding that the tribulations of oil and gas workers are due to “other market forces already taking place.”

Fox News pointed out that Kerry and his family still use their private jet.
