If apparent President-elect Biden follows through with some of his energy-industry campaign promises, especially those aimed at oil and gas, it would appear lawyers will be in high demand.
Lawsuits are the expected results of any restrictive moves made by a Biden administration against oil and gas producers and those who seek leases to drill for new energy on federal land.
It happened during the Obama administrations and E and E News found it will likely happen in a Biden administration, which some critics already say will be a repeat of what Obama did. There’s a reason some Biden critics are already referring to him as “O’Biden.”
