Biden’s Energy Department nominee worries those who recall her failures in Michigan

 

The prospect of President-elect Joe Biden appointing former Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm to head the U.S. Energy Department makes some analysts shudder as they recall Granholm’s hundreds of millions of dollars in energy failures in her state.

Writing an opinion piece in USA Today, Jarrett Skorup with the Mackinac Center for Public Policy in Michigan said Granholm’s energy record in Michigan should “frighten” America.
