Increase seen in drilling permits in Oklahoma

 

Drilling interest in Oklahoma is slowly picking up according to the permits to drill approved by Corporation Commissioners.

This week’s permits show Citizen Energy III LLC received a permit to drill the LATHAM #2H-14-23, in Canadian County. The drilling site is several miles southwest of the city of El Reno near the Canadian River.

07 Saltwater Disposal LLC received a permit to drill the 07 SWD #1, south of the city of Marietta in Love County.

Ovintiv Mid-Continental Inc. received two permits for the
MCCORN #0704 3HM-18X, wells to be drilled in McClain County.
The site is about 3 miles south of Blanchard.

Mack Energy Co. headquartered in Duncan received five permits to drill the SW WILDCAT JIM DEESE UNIT, wells in Carter County. The site is approximately 5 miles southeast of Ratliff City.

T and L Oil Inc. in Tonkawa received two permits to drill the  LAMBERT #2-18 wells in Kay County. The pad site is 7 miles north of Newkirk near the state line.
