Dallas-based Pioneer Natural Resources Company has realigned some of its management committee, making them effective the first of the new year.
Richard Dealy, the current Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer has been named President and Chief Operating Officer. He has been CFO since 2004.
Neal Shah, the company’s Vice President of Investor Relations will be the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He joined Pioneer in 2017.
Elizabeth McDonald, Vice President of Permian Strategic Planning and Field Development was named Senior Vice President of the Permian division. She has been a VP since 2019 and with Pioneer for 15 years.
