Refinery operator HollyFrontier Corporation and its Holly Energy Partners, L.P. plan to release third quarter financial results on September 30.
The release will be made Wednesday before the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. But it won’t be until Nov. 5, 2020 when company executives at HollyFrontier will hold a webcast conference to discuss the financial results.
Leaders of Holly Energy Partners will hold a Nov. 4 webcast to discuss their results.
HollyFrontier, operator of a refinery in Tulsa, reported a second quarter loss of nearly $177 million or $1.09 a share when results were released in August. A year earlier, the company had net income of $197 million or $1.15 per share.
As for Holly Energy Partners, it had second-quarter net income of $77 million, up from the $46 million reported in the second quarter of 2019.
The partnership, through its subsidiaries and joint ventures, owns and/or operates petroleum product and crude pipelines, tankage and terminals in Texas, New Mexico, Washington, Idaho, Oklahoma, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and Kansas, as well as refinery processing units in Utah and Kansas.
