Oklahoma regulators will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday and once again, it will likely be a remote meeting for all three commissioners because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The released agenda indicates it will be a routine meeting with the daily signing agenda docket and possible votes on proposed or potential orders in causes on the agenda. The vote on the daily signing agenda causes might also be combined with the vote on the 24-hour signing agenda causes.
Commissioners will also received a summary of the agency’s financial activity including a review of the July and August 2020 financials. There will also be a discussion of the Fiscal Year 2020 and Fiscal Year 2021 budgets with the agency’s Director of Finance or its Comptroller.
The three commissioners will also receive an update on activity and actions of the agency’s Transportation Division with the Interim Director of Transportation Mark Willingham.
