Just weeks after announcing a second quarter loss of $1.7 billion, Halliburton Company will host a conference call on Monday, October 19, 2020, to discuss its third quarter 2020 financial results. The call will begin at 8:00 AM Central Time.
The Company will issue a press release regarding the third quarter 2020 earnings prior to the conference call. The press release will be posted on the Halliburton website at www.halliburton.com.
In the second quarter, Halliburton’s net loss amounted to $1.91 per diluted share. It also had cash flow from operating activities of $598 million and free cash flow of $456 million. The $1.7 billion loss for the quarter compared to a $1 billion loss in the first quarter of the year.
Halliburton’s adjusted net income was $46 million or $0.05 per diluted share and compares to a first quarter adjusted net income of $270 million or 31-cents a share.
