Wells completed here and there in Oklahoma

As depressed oil prices force more exploration companies to cut their 2020 budgets, the number of completion reports filed with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission is cut as well.

The latest include Continental Resources with a 159-barrel a day oil well in Grady County and Devon Energy Production Co. LP reporting a 971 barrel a day well in Blaine County.

Amplify Oklahoma Operating LLC completed a well in Alfalfa county with production of 207 barrels a day.

White Star Petroleum ii LLC completed a 216 barrel a day well in Dewey County. Territory resources LLC reported completion of a 203 barrel a day well in Grant County.

Roan Resources filed a completion report on a 2018 well two miles east of Tuttle. No explanation was indicated why the report was just filed but the Don’s Ranch 6-31-9-5 1mxh well had production of 1,050 barrels of oil a day and 2,048 Mcf of natural gas. The well had an August 2018 spud date with completion made in December 2018 from a depth of 18,126 feet in the Mississippi formation.
