Tulsa-based NGL Energy Partners LP has named former ONEOK executive Derek Reiners to its board of directors of its general partner.
The appointment is effective immediately and he replaces James C. Kneale who will retire from the board after 8 years of service effective Dec. 31, 2019. He will be an independent director and was already named to the Audit Committee.
Reiners currently serves as the President of Contango Energy Capital LLC, a privately held investment and consulting firm in Tulsa. He is also a CPA with 25 years of accounting and energy industry experience. He was Senior Vice President in various financial and senior management roles at ONEOK, Inc. and ONEOK Partners including Senior Vice President—Finance, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer.
