Tulsa’s ONEOK, Inc. declared an increased quarterly dividend of 91.5 cents a share. The move by the board of directors increased the dividend by 2.5 cents which results in an annualized dividend of $3.66 a share.
The dividend will be payable Nov. 14, 2019 to those shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 4, 2019.
The increase of 2.5 cents was the same amount declared by the board in July which raised the dividend to 89 cents a share or $3.56 a share on an annualized basis.
ONEOK plans to release its third-quarter 2019 earnings report after the market closes on Oct. 29, 2019. The company’s executive management will hold a conference call the next day at 10 a.m. Central Daylight Time.
