Regulators to decide OGE rate hike request

Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners have heard pleas of consumers to deny OGE’s request for a rate hike to recover $600 million in costs on its coal-fired power units at Muskogee.

The group Oklahoma Energy Results and the Sierra Club are among those opposed to the utility’s request which must now be considered by the state regulators.
