A member of the board of directors at Tulsa-based ONE Gas Inc. has also joined the board of directors of Denver-based Whiting Petroleum Corporation.
Whiting announced Michael G. Hutchinson, a retired partner at Deloitte and Touche will join the company’s board of directors effective Sept. 1, 2019. Hutchinson retired in 2012 and previously was the Partner-in-Charge of the Colorado Audit and Enterprise Risk practice. He also led the Energy and Financial Services Practices for Deloitte and Touche in Colorado.
Hutchinson served on the board of directors of Westmoreland Coal Company since 2012 and One Gas Inc. since 2014. He previously was on the board of directors of ONEOK Partners from 2015 until 2017.
Whiting Petroleum also announced the appointment of Lyne B. Andrich to the board. She previously was Chief Financial Officer at CoBiz Financial, Inc.
