Shareholders in Baker Hughes, a GE company are getting a cash dividend of 18 cents a share.
The company’s board of directors declared the dividend on Class A common stock that will be payable on Aug. 23, 2019 to holders of record on Aug. 13, 2019.
The dividend will be funded by a distribution of $.18 per unit from Baker Hughes, a GE company, LLC to all of its members, including GE.
