Dividends for shareholders of Panhandle Oil and Gas as well as Blueknight Energy Partners were declared this week by the two Oklahoma-based energy companies.
Blueknight Energy directors declared a quarterly cash distribution of 4 cents per common unit and 17.875 cents per preferred unit.
The payments will be made Aug. 14 to unitholders of record as of Aug.2.
Panhandle Oil and Gas directors declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents a share. It will be paid Sept. 6 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 22.
