The annual meeting of Phillips 66 shareholders will be held Wednesday, May 8 in Houston.
The company says shareholders will have to produce an admission ticket or proof of ownership of Phillips 66 stock to be admitted.
The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. CDT at the Houston Marriott Westchase, 2900 Briarpark Drive in Houston.
In a proxy statement filed in late March with the Securities Exchange Commission, the agenda included election of four members to the company’s Board of Directors: Greg C. Garland, Gary K. Adams, John E. Lowe an Denise L. Ramos.
