Tulsa’s Midstates Petroleum Company, Inc. will release its fourth quarter and 2018 earnings report on Wednesday, March 13.
The material and information will be made available to the public at the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The next day, the company leaders will hold a conference call beginning at 8 a.m. Central time.
The company reported increased earnings in its third quarter 2018 report issued in November. It reported net income of $11.5 million or 44-cents a share compared to the $3.7 million and 14-cents a share in the third quarter of 2017.
The third quarter gain was made after the company lost $1.5 million in the second quarter of 2018. including the impact of a $7.8 million commodity derivative charge.
