PSO named a Business Customer Champion

 

 

Public Service Company of Oklahoma is a Business Customer Champion.

The Tulsa-based company that has more than 550,000 customers in the state was named a 2018 Business Customer Champion in a Cogent Reports study by Market Strategies International.  The award honors utilities that show exceptional performance on Brand Trust, Service Satisfaction and Product Experience.

The award is based upon obtaining top industry scores on the study’s Engaged Customer Relationship index.  PSO is one of just 21 U.S. utility companies to receive the award for 2018.

The Business Customer Champion distinction was awarded to the utilities that scored in the top decile overall, achieved top regional score or were within 20 points of the top regional score and above industry average.
