The coming retirement of Devon Energy board chairman John Richels wasn’t the only announcement by the board this week.
The company also announced the board declared a quarterly cash dividend on Devon’s common stock for the first quarter of 2019.
The 8-cent a share dividend will be payable March 29, 2019 .
