Tulsa’s NGL Energy Partners LP announced the distribution of a 39-cent a share for the second quarter of the year.
The Board of Directors gave the approval and indicated the quarterly distribution amounts to $1.56 per unit on an annualized basis.
The cash distribution is payable Aug. 14, 2018 to common unitholders of record at the close of business Aug. 8, 2018.
Additionally, the Board of Directors declared a distribution for the quarter ended June 30, 2018 to be paid to the holders of the Class A Preferred Units according to the terms outlined in the Partnership Agreement. The Class A Preferred distribution will also be made on August 14, 2018.
