OKOGA to host GOP Gubernatorial candidates forum

Five of the candidates for the Republican nomination for Governor will take part Wednesday in a forum hosted by the Oklahoma Oil and Gas Association. It will be held just three weeks away from the June 26 primary where the GOP nominee will be picked.

As the association indicated, the hopefuls will share their views on the energy industry and government policy. The June 6 forum will be held at 5 p.m. at the Petroleum Club in Oklahoma City.

Two journalists who cover the energy industry will moderate the discussion.  They are Adam Wilmoth of The Oklahoman and Sarah Terry-Cobo of The Journal Record.

The forum  will feature candidates Mick Cornett, Gary Jones, Todd Lamb, Gary Richardson and Kevin Stitt.
