Cathy Costello’s campaign to replace her late husband as Oklahoma Labor Commissioner got a boost this week from Oklahoma Congressman Steve Russell.
The Republican U.S. Representative from the 5th district came out with an endorsement of Costello in the GOP primary.
“I am endorsing Cathy Costello for Oklahoma Labor Commissioner because I want my children to live, prosper and raise their children in Oklahoma,” said Rep. Russell. “Cathy has always been a champion of conservatism. With her keen business sense, she is exactly what Oklahoma needs to educate and equip its workforce for the 21st century.”
Costello’s husband, Mark Costello was murdered in Oklahoma City in 2015 by their son Christian Costello.
