Fort Worth’s Mustang Extreme Environmental Services, an environmental containment firm with offices in Oklahoma City announced the acquisition this week of RW Products LLC, a firm with operations in the Appalachians.
The acquisition price was not disclosed but it gives Mustang Extreme a grasp in oil and gas operations in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia where RW Products operated as an oil and gas service provider.
Mustang Extreme was formed in 2018 with the merger of Extreme Plastics Plus and Mustang Energy Services. This is the second acquisition by the firm. In 2019, it also acquired Aria Rose Oilfield Solutions. Mustang is the only containment company servicing all major oil & gas basins in the United States.

The acquisition will allow us to continue to expand our service offerings to meet the changing market dynamics and address important ESG initiatives,” said Chris Thomas, CEO of Mustang Extreme.
