Governor-elect Stitt names banker as his Commerce Secretary

Oklahoma Governor-elect Kevin Stitt has named Regent Bank chairman and CEO Sean Kouplen to be the Commerce Secretary in his new incoming administration. 4Q earnings report coming next month from Phillips 66

Phillips 66 plans to release its fourth-quarter 2018 earnings report next month. The Houston company said it will hold a conference call webcast at 11 a.m. Oklahoma time on Friday, Feb. 8 to discuss the results released earlier in the day.

Ice takes toll on rural power lines

Thursday’s winter storm produced power outages for rural electric cooperatives in the central part of Oklahoma. By 8 a-m, the number totaled more than 2,900 customers.
