Fourth quarter earnings for ONE Gas will be released in a few weeks.
The Tulsa-based company said it plans a release of the fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results after the market closes on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2026.
The ONE Gas executive management team will participate in a conference call the following day, Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (10 a.m. Central Standard Time).
The call will also be carried live on the ONE Gas website.
ONE Gas reported a big increase in third quarter net income. It totaled $26.5 million or 44 cents a share compared with $19.3 million and 34 cents a share a year earlier. The company’s year-to-date 2025 net income as of the third quarter totaled $177.9 million or $2.94 a share, up $32 million from the third quarter of 2024.
ONE Gas said its third quarter operating income was $65.4 million, a gain of $19.2 million from the third quarter of 2024 and the company said it was “from new rates.”
ONE Gas provides gas service to more than 2.3 million customers in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Its divisions include Kansas Gas Service, the largest natural gas distributor in Kansas; Oklahoma Natural Gas, the largest in the state, and Texas Gas Service, the third largest in the state in terms of customers.
