Oil and gas exploration company Coterra Energy Inc. reports its average sales price of crude oil in the past quarter was a little more than $58 a barrel.

The Houston-based company, in a form 8-K report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicated the average sales price excluding hedges was $58.16 a barrel while its average natural gas sales price was $2.37 Mcf.

With hedges, the average oil sales price was $60.34 per barrel and natural gas was $2.44 Mcf.

Coterra also reported it anticipates recognizing net cash received on settlements of derivative instruments of $57 million.

“Realized prices and the related impact of hedges are subject to completion of our financial closing procedures, final adjustments and other developments,” stated the company.
