Stardust Power, the lithium developer building a new operation in Muskogee, Oklahoma is looking ahead to 2026, calling it a pivotal year for the company.
It was a year ago when the Connecticut-based company acquired a 66-acre site near the Muskogee Port of Entry to construct the new battery-grade lithium refinery. Over the past year, it secured key construction permits, had the support of Gov. Kevin Stitt and finalized financing for what will be the nation’s largest lithium refinery.
In a recent holiday posting, the company discussed the past year’s developments.
This year delivered several important milestones, including completion of the Black & Veatch independent engineering report, new supply and offtake agreements, FEL-3 completion, key licensing and infrastructure partnerships, progress on corporate financings, and the start of early earthworks at the Muskogee site following our groundbreaking ceremony. We also strengthened the team with new hires, deepened community ties through partnerships and active local involvement, and advanced our investor outreach across meetings, conferences, and events.
Together, these achievements position the project firmly on the path toward execution.
Looking ahead, 2026 will be a pivotal year as we continue advancing toward full construction and long-term delivery.
We wish you and your families a wonderful holiday season and a healthy, prosperous start to the new year.
Onwards,
The Stardust Power Team
