Record high temperatures this weekend in the state?
You bet! Just ask Gary McManus, state Climatologist with the Oklahoma Mesonet.
“Both days, Friday and Saturday, could see record highs in places,” he wrote on Thursday.
Just like the state had in August.
In case you’re wondering, the record high maximum temperature for Thursday was 86 degrees set in 2005 while the record low was minus 4 degrees in 2019.
