In their most recent non-public meeting, Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners met behind closed doors for nearly an hour in discussion of internal finance and accounting.
In the Thursday, November 20 meeting which started at 3:45 p.m. and ended at 4:37 p.m., the commissioners also discussed personnel issues. No further details were offered in the meeting disclosure form submitted for public notice.
Commissioners Kim David, Todd Hiett and Brian Bingman were the only ones present for the meeting, according to the filing of a non-public meeting form recorded the next day on November 21.
The meeting took place in the office of Commissioner Hiett on the first floor of the Will Rogers Memorial Office building at the state capitol.
As the Open Meeting Act Exempt Event Compliance Form explained, commissioners are prohibited from discussing legislative proceedings, addressing appropriations of Corporation Commission funds and taking any official actions.
