A dividend of $1.03 per share was announced this week by ONEOK, the utility company headquartered in Tulsa.
The firm’s board of directors approved the quarterly dividend which, on an annual basis, figures to be $4.12 a share. It is also unchanged from the second quarter dividend.
As the firm announced, the dividend will be payable Nov. 14, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business Nov. 3, 2025.
ONEOK considers itself to be a leading midstream operator that provides gathering, processing, fractionation, transportation, storage and marine export services. It has a nearly 60,000-mile pipeline network to transport the natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), refined products and crude oil that help meet domestic and international energy demand, contribute to energy security and provide safe, reliable and responsible energy solutions needed today and into the future.
