Industry Leaders Converge at the Oklahoma State Fairgrounds
Energy producers and executives from across the region gathered Thursday for the Oklahoma Oil and Natural Gas Expo at the State Fairgrounds in Oklahoma City.
The annual event, a highlight for Oklahoma’s energy sector, celebrates innovation, community, and the people who power the oil and gas industry.
Running from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., the expo features exhibits, networking sessions, and live discussions focused on production trends, investment opportunities, and the future of Oklahoma’s energy economy.
Donuts & Doghouses Panel Brings Producers to the Stage
A major highlight this year is the Donuts & Doghouses Producer Panel at 10 a.m., where some of the state’s most influential producers will share insight on market trends, exploration, and new technologies.
The panel is co-moderated by Joe Brevetti, Chairman of the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board (OERB) and Managing Member of Charter Oak Production, and Heather Powell, President & CEO of Ventana Exploration & Production.

The day begins with the Wellhead Wake-Up Brunch & Bubbles at 9 a.m., followed by the producer panel at 10 a.m.
From 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., attendees can enjoy the Fourth Annual Oklahoma Oil & Natural Gas BBQ Competition, accompanied by live music from the Joey Wallace Band.
Winners of the BBQ competition and door prizes will be announced at 2:30 p.m., closing out an event dedicated to networking, collaboration, and celebrating Oklahoma’s vital energy community.
