Oklahoma regulators face business duties in Thursday session

Oklahoma regulators plan a meeting Thursday afternoon in Oklahoma City and one of their items at hand will be an update on the agency’s judicial and legal counsel divisions.

There will be reports from the Administrative Law Judge division as well as the General Counsel services.

Commissioners are asked to vote on a request for approval of Summit Utilities Oklahoma, Inc. for an order supporting a conservation improvement program portfoilio of conservation and energy efficiency programs for calendar years 2026 through 2028.
