Firehawk Aerospace, the company wanting to build a rocket fuel manufacturing plant in Lawton is still attempting to buy property in the city.
The sale has yet to be approved by the Comanche County Industrial Authority which discussed the issue in a recent executive session.
Firehawk earlier announced intentions to build a $23 million manufacturing plant north of the SW Rail Industrial Park on a 320-acre site. The land belongs to the Industrial Authority.
