On day one of his term in the White House, President Biden wasted no time in attacking the fossil fuel industry in the U.S. He did so by canceling the Keystone XL pipeline.
He also issued a moratorium on oil and gas leasing in the Arctic National Wildlife refuge and revoked many of the actions taken by Donald Trump in his first term in the White House that were supportive of oil and gas development.
Since Trump began his second term as President, he has revoked many of those actions taken by President Biden. An analysis by the Energy Policy Research Foundation showed what Trump has signed, such as his order “Unleashing American Energy.”
Just the News reported the first edition, released in March, contained 50 actions. Last week, they updated the list for Trump’s first 200 days in action, and the newest list contains 200 items.
