Former Deputy Attorney General joins OGE as Regulatory Attorney

After getting experience as the Attorney General’s top attorney in charge of regulatory affairs at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission, Chase Snodgrass has gone to work for Oklahoma Gas and Electric.

As OK Energy Today reported in early July, Snodgrass, who joined the Attorney General’s office in February of 2023 and became a Deputy AG, was in charge of the Utility Regulation Unit which represents utility customers in energy, telecommunications and water utility rate-related matters before the Corporation Commission. He offered a letter of resignation on May 29.

He announced via Linked In of his new position at OGE Energy Corp. In all likelihood, he will make appearances or filings before the Corporation Commission.
