The Oklahoma Corporation Commission is preparing to take up the agency’s statewide proration formula for unallocated gas wells.
The Commissioners will hold a special meeting at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, July 23 to to discuss the forumula as it applies for the period of Oct. 1, 2025 through Sept. 30, 2026.
The three commissioners do not expect a vote but might be in attendance at the meeting where explanations will be offered by the agency’s Oil and Gas Conservation Division staff. The meeting will be a technical conference.
As explained in the agenda, the conference will be held to allow for public comment in Case No. CD2025-001760, Application of Jeremy Hodges, Director of Oil and Gas Conservation Division
