A vote by Wagoner County Commissioners on a nearly 5,000 solar farm opposed by some residents and landowners was delayed on Monday.
The three commissioners had previously delayed a vote whether to approve the Persica Solar Farm proposed by NextEra Energy. They agreed again to put the issue on hold for another 30 days, giving them time to review more information about the project.
