As Oklahoma creates its own kind of law to do the same thing, Texas has already started drawing up a list in its search for financial firms that plan to boycott the oil and gas industry.
At least 20 firms have replied to requests from the Texas state comptroller to admit whether they restrict or prohibit doing business with energy companies according to Bloomberg. Oklahoma, under a new bill just signed into law by Gov. Kevin Stitt intends to eventually do the same thing.
