A bill to turn New Mexico into a clean hydrogen energy hub is apparently dead in the state’s legislature after environmentalists came out against the measure.
The legislature’s House Speaker announced this week that the bill, considered one of the most contentious in the legislature this year, is dead reported the Santa Fe New Mexican.
