New Mexico makes gas stations liable for DUI

New Mexico has become the second state in the country to make gasoline stations liable for drunk drivers.

The State Supreme Court ruled this week that the gas stations have a legal obligation not to sell fuel to drivers who are believed to be intoxicated.  The Associated Press reported the decision could have far-reaching effects on businesses.
