Some New Mexico lawmakers are skeptical of the $1.5 billion plan to convert the coal-fired San Juan Generating Station near Farmington into the largest carbon-capture facility in the world.
The Santa Fe New Mexican reported the skepticism is largely from Democratic legislators while Republicans support the project.
