The Wynnewood refinery in southern Oklahoma won’t open a renewable diesel unit until the end of the third quarter because of the February severe winter storm.
Operator CVR Energy said this week delays in equipment deliveries were also responsible for the announced delay. The company had planned to begin processing renewable diesel by July.
