Canada is in U.S. federal courts arguing the now-canceled Keystone XL pipeline can still move ahead despite the opposition of President Biden and his administration.

The Canadian province of Alberta made its arguments this week before a federal judge in Galveston, Texas claiming that Biden illegally revoked a key permit for the pipeline, reported Reuters.
