Landowners prepare to fight NE Oklahoma transmission line project

Some Oklahoma landowners vow to head to court in a fight against Transource Energy from using their land as the site for its 80-mile $100 million electric transmission line in the northeast part of the state.

The Tulsa World reports some of the residents feel hopeless as the company moves forward with the line that will stretch from near Perry in Noble County to west of Sand Springs.
