Oklahoma City-based Mammoth Energy Services, Inc. will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on June 2, 2021.
A proxy filing by Mammoth with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicated the meeting will be held at 10 a.m. Central Time at 14201 Caliber rive, Suite 300 in Oklahoma City.
The meeting will include the election of members to the Board of Directors: Arthur Amron, Corey Booker, Paul Jacobi, James Palm, Arthur Smith and Arty Straehla.
Two other issues will be the company’s executive compensation and the appointment of Grant Thornton LLLP as the firm’s independent auditors for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2021.
