Efforts to reform the power grid in Texas following February’s winter storm that killed more than 100 state residents are closer to Republican Gov. Greg Abbott’s desk.
The Associated Press reports that both the GOP-controlled House and Senate have approved such reforms putting the state’s power grid under new oversight.
