Cheniere Energy’s first liquefied natural gas shipment to Taiwan arrived over the weekend.
Reuters reported Taiwan’s state-owned CPC Corp received the first of more LNG cargoes from the Texas company and in all liklihood, some of gas came from Oklahoma’s STACK play where Cheniere operates the Midship pipeline.
Cheniere inked a 25-year deal with CPC Corp. in 2018 and will send an estimated 30 LNG shipments a year.
